Your project discovery process needs to achieve this consensus. Incorporating exercises like journey mapping and discussions around applications lifecycle management and continuous deployment will help in ensuring that your entire team is on the same page from the get-go.

Content migration is often underestimated. Once the information architecture is complete, we recommend that you begin the planning for the migration exercise.
